Product support for Epicor’s Prelude software.
- Responsible for providing helpdesk application support for Epicor’s enterprise software solutions.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by successfully responding and resolving customer questions in a timely manner.
- Respond to questions and issues received through Epicor’s web support or via 1-800 telephone support systems.
- Write-up calls, publish knowledge-based solutions, and communicate resolutions to the customers.
