Compensation: $35.00 to $45.00 per hour

Leads and gives direction, training and guidance to the IT Support Specialist I, II and III team members Manages ticket queue of internal Service Desk Makes independent decisions on how to shift priorities of self and team Assists in the management of Global NOC service provider SLA by running reports, reviewing tickets and making changes in procedure/process Independently handles customer service issues and manage priorities of the Service Desk Provides Executive Support to the Executives and their assistants Answers, evaluates and provides guidance to executives experiencing problems with hardware, software, LAN/WAN connectivity, telecom, email and other desktop/laptop related issues Interviews executives to collect information about issue and leads user through diagnostic procedures to determine initial diagnostics and next steps that will lead to resolution Makes decisions on technology used by executives, including but not limited to computers, mobile devices and software Documents all steps taken into a Service Now ticket and either resolves ticket or escalates appropriately Troubleshoots and resolves escalated issues from the IT Support Specialist I, II and III team Follows up with IT Support Specialist Level I, II and III staff to ensure new resolutions or procedures are communicated to them in order to increase First Call Resolution Ensures all projects assigned to them are completed in a timely manner
