Role Summary
The Sales Process Analyst II is responsible for documenting, creating, tracking, and improving all processes used by the Cox Residential sales force in order to strive for optimal efficiency. This role will have a deep understanding of sales processes and how they are executed. This role will also provide oversight for other Cox processes, including cross-functional and sales operations specific processes.  This individual should exhibit high attention to detail and specialized knowledge of detailed processes and Six Sigma techniques. This individual helps create and foster an environment in which continuous improvement and innovation in business processes and services is welcomed and recognized.
Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions
Documents processes of boundary partners in reference to how they interact with  the sales force and Sales Operations
Travels to sales locations to observe and document all Residential Sales current processes
Tracks sales processes and observes how they are used differently between locations
Maintains inventory of processes and coordinates updates to the inventory
Maintains and develops new service level agreements
Aligns processes in order to promote standardization and virtualization across Cox
Thinks creatively about how to address regional and channel nuances to ensure business as usual is not disrupted or missed due to process gaps
Identifies areas where processes results in inefficiencies or breakages, or requires improvement and/or  expansion
Creates and designs processes for new or changing processes
Researches external processes and process methodologies to implement at Cox
Conducts process review and working sessions with SMEs
Collaborates with Impact Management to implement and monitor new processes, including building scorecards and tracking tools
Collaborates with Tools and Technology and/or Talent Strategy when processes affect tools or people
Communicates process improvement methodologies to the Sales Force, Boundary Partners, and Sales Leaders through the Impact Management Team

Job Requirements

Minimum Required
2 or more years of experience required in related field (i.e. Sales, Sales Operations, Process Management, etc.)
Ability and willingness to travel to various sales locations
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to effectively detect, surface and resolve conflicts among individuals and/or work groups
Ability to communicate ideas both orally and in writing to influence others using one-on-one contact, formal presentations, and group discussions
Experience with process improvement methodology. 
BS/BA degree in related discipline strongly desired (i.e. Marketing, Business, etc.). 
2+ years at Cox; deep familiarity with Cox processes
Previous management of functional processes and policies and/or projects
Accredited in Lean, Six Sigma or other process improvement methodology
