Job Description

Goal:  Seasoned digital marketing professional with at least 10+ years of Digital and Direct Response Marketing, including experience in Hispanic marketing and mobile marketing, to significantly increase the rate of new customer and revenue growth.


  • Design, develop and manage all marketing plans across the spectrum of digital marketing platforms in the US market as well as select international markets.Analyze and implement best practices in the areas of SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, CPC Management and Web.Analyze and implement best practices in the areas of SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, CPC Management and Web.Analyze and implement best practices in the areas of SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, CPC Management and Web.
      • Analyze and implement best practices in the areas of SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, CPC Management and Web.
      • Develop strategies for delivering traffic, sales and customer targets for search marketing (SEO and SEM)
      • Develop, deploy, manage and analyze social marketing programs and technologies to create innovative and creative campaigns in support of product, brand and marketing initiatives across social networks.
      • Analyze traffic statistics and customer behavior to spot trends, increase conversion rates and ROI, and increase overall traffic
      • Identify and test emerging online media or new channels that have the potential to drive future growth.
    • Ensure monetization and performance of the website and develop direct response and branding advertising programs to increase traffic and conversion.
    • Provide guidance and support to international counterparts and define the brand’s presence in social networks globally.
    • Manage outsourced service providers (e.g. web designers, content writers, digital agencies)
    • Identify and negotiate new brand-appropriate online marketing partnerships, especially performance based opportunities.
    • Customize projects and recommendations under tight deadlines to meet campaign goals
    • Manage all content on social and consumer portals, including posts, customer communication and in-site promotions.

Job Requirements

Work Experience and Skills

  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on Digital and Direct Response marketing expertise
  • Experience in marketing to US Hispanic consumers
  • Mobile marketing experience
  • Deep knowledge of all digital marketing tools and models
  • Superior writing skills for customer communications
  • Strong knowledge of online ad ecosystem for tracking and reporting campaigns
  • Knowledge of ad technologies, flash, xmi, rich media, video and implications of standards across online creative specs.
  • Excellent background in developing multiple lead funnels, maximizing conversion at all levels of the sales process.
  • Global/multi-market digital and social experience a plus
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
  • Experience in creating campaigns and utilizing multiple social platforms to build awareness, engage new and existing customers and increase conversion via site, store and other potential points of purchase.
  • Ability  to make decisions and recommendations based on Analytics
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative skills and teamwork are required
  • Must understand lead generation, lead conversion and lead nurturing as a business practice
  • Thinks operationally and strategically, analyzes issues, uses sound judgment, generates new ideas/goes beyond the status quo.
  • High energy and easily adaptable
  • A Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or substantive experience in digital marketing.
