Account Managers at A/R Marketing are fully trained in all aspects of sales, consulting as well as customer service. Our training program focuses on developing the necessary tools to be successful long term within our company so that they can progress into a management role. All of our promotions here come only from within and are based on performance and merit. What this means is that Account Managers are given the tools they need to advance, but can do this at their own pace based on their experience level. Typically Account Managers can expect to see themselves in a management role within a year.
Account Managers are expected to have the ability to interact with potential customers, as well as existing customers and explain the benefits of our clients in order to support their demand for customer retention as well as new acquisitions. We have found that by utilizing face to face on site presentations, we not only are able to build brand awareness for our clients, but it also enables us to develop relationships with the customers that we are bringing our clients.
