Our Team:

At Bob’s Discount Furniture we are looking for motivated and career minded team players that set the benchmark high for true sales professionals.  Our Commission Sales Associates are champions of the “Bob’s Way”, treating people with integrity and respect while providing a world class customer experience.  

Qualifications:

  • Two or more years of sales and/or retail experience preferred
  • Positive and energetic attitude
  • Highly organized and self motivated
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (Bilingual preferred, English-Spanish)
  • Must be available to work weekends, evenings and holidays
  • Proficient computer literacy and capability of learning new programs

Compensation: Commission
