Job Description

Level: K/L* *Depending on level of experience Manager: Jacka Primary Responsibilities:
Provide coverage for Allied Refrigeration, United Refrigeration, RSD, Johnstone Supply and ARS branch including sales and training responsibility. This position will also manage OEM and End User accounts. The Manager will be responsible achieving the below listed results. Manage sales existing sales of Copeland, Emerson Flow and Solutions products in addition to developing and managing an overall territory strategy. Develop, strengthen and maintain relationships with key decision makers within the customer headquarters, design centers and business units through organized technology, project and business reviews.  Develop critical customer insights to uncover short & long term needs and ensure alignment of functional roadmaps and overall customer business plans. Complete a monthly S&OP forecast related to assigned territory. Promote consultative sales approach throughout the organization as well as with our customers. Candidate must live in California, the sales territory for this position. Travel 50%. Minimum Qualifications:   Minimum of 7 years Sales experience and 2 years of HVAC/R specific industry experience. Must have an understanding of HVAC/R systems and components. Must be able to interact with all levels of our customers' organizations. Must have strong problem resolution capabilities along with a strong sense of responsibility, motivation and ability to work in a team environment. Must be proficient in the consultative selling process. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree required, a technical major preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA a plus.
