OfficeTeam has an opening for a direct hire Front Desk Coordinator and Administrative Assistant. This person will be required to cover the front desk, greeting visitors, handle incoming calls and performs general administrative duties. This person must be very proficient on the computer- specifically with the Microsoft Office Suite, as well as Lucerte Tax Software. Prior experience working in a CPA office is highly preferred. May also assist other administrative staff with overflow work.
