Job Description *

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales within the Oracle Business Intelligence and EPM Suite of products. The BDM will be asked to work closely with our field offices to educate the sales force, meet with existing clients and to identify, sell and close services opportunities. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Create and execute a strategy for growing services revenues and overall awareness of Component Services portfolio offerings.

• Provide leadership, support and education for staffing Account Managers towards selling Component Services on a consistent and successful level.

• Increased exposure to customer’s business initiatives

• Effective value messaging

• Attend client meetings with Account Managers to help promote and sell services.

• Track and drive a services pipeline.

• Work with Account Managers and clients to close deals.

• Work closely with the Director of Branch Operations and Director of National Accounts to forge solid partnership and drive integration with local Account Managers.

• Utilize existing TEKsystems sales techniques to help drive business (contact management, sales training, etc.).

• Accountability to Regional Director:

• Bi-monthly sales reports and associated pipeline calls

• Delivery forecasting

• Regional strategy execution

Job Requirements

• Excellent Application Development Services and Solutions sales performance record for a minimum of 3-5 years

• Consistent goal attainment

• Effective at the C-level

• Solutions selling

• Ability to foster and maintain solid partnerships with Clients, Staffing Account Managers, Office and National Account Leadership. Solutions selling capabilities Strong presentation skills

• Ability to speak to and motivate groups of people

• Ability to present capabilities and solutions to customers

• Ability to respond to comprehensive and detailed RFP’s and customer driven bids Excellent time management skills Excellent Customer service skills Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities

• Excellent organization skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Willingness to travel
