Crowe Horwath is seeking a dynamic Senior Staff Auditor to join our in our our Chicago or Oak Brook IL office. Senior Staff Auditor will have an opportunity to work on a variety of non-profit clients in Illinois.
This position will serve as the senior staff for several large IL NFP clients and will be required to provide guidance and supervision to staff-level individuals in the field.
The Audit Senior Staff should be organized, professional, possess strong technical and interpersonal skills to be able to work effectively with our clients and staff. The Audit Senior Staff will need to be able to multi-task as planning, executing, and wrapping up various engagements may have to be performed concurrently. The ability to perform research on technical matters prior to submitting for Manager and Partner review is essential.Qualifications:

The candidate should possess two or more years of experience with a mid-sized or national public accounting firm. The candidate should have extensive experience with engagement management, audit, and review skills while having demonstrated the ability to provide staff supervision on a daily basis. The Audit Senior Staff Candidate should be an individual with at least two years of relevant experience who either has, or is working toward obtaining, CPA certification.
