QA/QC Analyst

Job Description

Responsible for production of daily reports, and completion of specific tasks/projects that drive fundamental improvement (financial, operations) to the current business model.

  • Define processes, procedures and application needs for business functions and programs to maximize company value;
  • Manage multiple and time sensitive deliverables, cultivates relationships, necessary to deliver results and pilot business development programs;
  • Generate, create and publish documentation/training/communication for special business development projects in professional formats for both internal and external use;
  • Support and facilitate relationships with internal and external customers, including but not limited to credit card processors, sales channels, Operations, Finance, Information Technology, and Marketing;
  • Generate improvements to the business via collaboration with partners as well as pro-active efforts to identify value opportunities;
  • Present project timelines, impacts, and goals to Operations Management;
  • Develop metrics and processes to measure business impact and performance;
  • Research and report key drivers, procedures, and policies across the business as well as their unique and combinatorial effects and sensitivities;
  • Design and implement reports and reporting structures that support business development projects;
  • Create and implement QA/QC processes and reporting for new business processes;
  • Other duties may be assigned;

Job Requirements


  • Requires a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or 3 years’ in experience in related function or equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • Advanced user of VBA with Advance MS Excel MS Access, SQL – write basic and advanced queries
  • 180 9001 or Six Sigma
  • Mathematics background, ability to understand the results of analysis that other people have put together
  • Must be able to collaborate and influence partners and peers to drive results in a competitive environment.  Above average ability to read and interpret documents such as contracts, sales agreements, memos, letters, and process and procedure documentation.
  • Ability to apply arithmetic, algebra, statistics, and their applications with a strong ability to calculate and interpret statistical formulas, calculate figures and amounts such as ROI, marketing costs and percentages.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint knowledge required.  Knowledge of Access, and advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
