  • Provide onsite support to multiple clients, performing MACs (Moves/Adds/Changes), LAN Support, and project implementations
  • Migrate users to new systems without the loss of connection to associated validation systems, file servers, email servers and other client or function specific applications
  • Innovate PC migration and other support activities utilizing available tools, such as imaging technology, automation systems and rollout process frameworks
  • Perform server/network administration
  • Technology you will have the opportunity to support includes: VMware, Citrix Xen Server, VDI, Exchange 2010, Server 2008, SharePoint, Disaster Recovery Solutions, Local to Cloud Migrations, Infrastructure Rebuilds, Managed Services, Video Conferencing, Hosted Solutions, Archiving and Email Continuity 

Job Requirements

  • Work autonomously and with minimal supervision, providing customers with superior level of service
  • Proactively communicate internally and externally with clients, vendors, and team members in a professional and timely manner
  • Ability to interact with numerous computer platforms in a multi-layered client server environment
  • Demonstrate aptitude for troubleshooting complex IT issues
  • Flexibility to travel to client sites primarily in the Baltimore area and limited travel to DC metro areas
  • Candidate must currently reside in the Baltimore, MD/Washington DC Metro area
