David's Bridal is the largest and most successful bridal retailer in the country. From our beginning in 1950, we have grown to over 325 locations nationwide, and more stores continue to open all the time! The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing professional and unsurpassed customer service to each of our David’s Bridal customers. The CSR provides information about David’s Bridal products and services and responds to all customer inquiries. A CSR demonstrates our culture of trust, fairness, integrity, and accountability in accordance with David’s Bridal’s Core Values.
Our most successful CSR’s are highly organized professionals with upbeat, outgoing personalities and excellent communication skills. Experience in a high volume, fast paced customer service setting is preferred; sales background is a plus. If you would like to work in an environment that is fast paced and where you have the ability to provide a high level of service, we would love to talk to you.
