CRM Developer will support the development of our Dynamics CRM application:
Works with Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to develop and implement sales force initiatives.
Responsible for creating and managing CRM Forms, Views, Relationships, Security, Dashboards, Workflows, debugging/tracing and Web resources, as well as the integration from multiple data sources.
Works with multiple analytical tools (SAS, SQL, etc.) to update Dynamics CRM
Provides knowledge & input on system implications of process changes.
Identify, document and communicate CRM configuration and development best practices.
