Job Description


As a Senior Trust Advisor II, you will provide trust/estate administration and relationship management services to an assigned book of business and serve as the fiduciary expert for those relationships. In this integral role, you will support the advisor team in the presentation of fiduciary services to clients and prospects.



With strong knowledge of fiduciary and estate planning, you will execute the terms of any plan or document in which PNC serves as trustee or agent while observing all PNC policies and procedures including those related to risk management and compliance. You will also have the opportunity to develop, interpret and communicate estate planning issues to the client and team members, while managing multifaceted accounts and service experiences of clients with more sophisticated estate planning and administrative needs.



The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:



  • A relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • 10+ years client service experience, preferably in high net worth industry.

  • High level of fiduciary and estate planning knowledge (technical expertise), and a solid understanding of financial markets

  • Must be able to listen and interpret, gather objective information, negotiate, and respond or inspire at all levels of interaction

  • Excellent leadership, relationship management, presentation, salesmanship, profiling, communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels, internally and externally

  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with planning technology desired

  • JD, CFP or other professional certification preferred
