The Creative Group, Philadelphia, is currently seeking an Account Executive with Healthcare experience or agency experience working with a healthcare client! This job is with a great client in the area. MUST be local and available for work in the Philadelphia area for this job. Employment Type for this job: 3 months Location for this job: Philadelphia, PA/Bryn Mawr, PA Pay for this job: Depends on experience This job requires: -8-10 years experience -This job requires sending all marketing pieces to associates, trafficking changes, and obtaining approvals on or before deadlines Managing: -Print, TV, Radio, Digital, Timelines, Budget, Client Interfacing -Working closely with the design team on associate initiatives -Compiling and updating all marketing plans into spreadsheets and calendars -Contacting publication reps for rates, sizes, extensions -Updating Marketing Plan status document on a weekly basis -Meeting with Marketing Manager and AE on a weekly basis to review account status -Intake/Trafficking new projects with all details needed -Keeping the master marketing tracking spreadsheet up to date -Responding to associate questions and concerns on a daily basis -Data collection/research for varied internal projects as needed ***WILLING TO TRAVEL OVER THE NEXT 3 MONTHS.*** Other Requirements for this job include: -Strong communication skills -Advertising Agency experience -Marketing Communication, Communication, or Business degree required If you meet ALL of the criteria above for this job, please email your resume along with a brief paragraph describing how you best meet the qualifications to Creative Recruiter, Jaime Fortino: [Click Here to Email Your Resumé]
