B2B Sales Professionals wanted! We are looking for competitive, forward thinking and fearless salespeople to join our team at Robert Half Technology. If you have experience cold calling, building a territory and client rapport, then your earning potential here is unlimited. We want people who have worked on commission plans before, understand sales, and the investment it takes to be successful. As a Recruiting Manager your responsibilities will include: Business Development, working with clients to bring in Job Orders and build long lasting relationships. Recruiting, hiring and placing IT professionals in full-time positions with our clients Attending networking events to ingrain yourself in the community Managing ongoing engagements to deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates Providing consistent communication and career guidance to candidates Participating in industry trade associations to increase our presence within the local IT community

Job Requirements

Your qualifications should include: A background in Sales, specifically setting meetings over the phone, and high value sales.
