> Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Geotechnical Engineering. Master’s degree preferred
> Must be a Professional Engineer licensed in Ohio or eligible to become so with at least 5 to 10 years of experience managing multiple geotechnical engineering projects
> Must be able to perform geotechnical analyses such as bearing capacity, settlement, slope stability, seepage, earth pressure, etc
> Familiarity with geotechnical/engineering software such as STABL, LPile, AutoCad, gINT, etc
> Assist with on-site construction materials testing on an as-needed basis
> Complete geotechnical reports
> Communicate with clients
> Regularly attend ASCE and other professional functions to network with engineering community
