Dayton's leading non-medical home care company is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to support their Human Resources Department. Qualified individuals will have 2+ years of Administrative experience. This individual will need strong follow-thru skills and the ability to multi-task

Primary ResponosibilitiesĀ 

  • Interview potential CAREGivers
  • Handle employee requests and questions
  • Prepare new hire packets
  • Participate in new hire orientations
  • Process new hire paperwork
  • Prepare HR Dept reports
  • Input new employees
  • Schedule reviews
  • Monitor expirations dates on Insurance, TB tests, Drivers licsense, drug tests
  • Screen potential applicants, schedule interviws, perfrom background tests, administer drug tests
  • Send out cards and notices


Job Requirements

  • 1+ year of Administrative experience
  • Strong employee orientation/interpersonal skills
  • Detail orientation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Time management
  • Telephone Etiquette
  • Follow Through
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Committment to company values and misson
