The successful Store Manager will be capable of working with little or no direct supervision, be computer literate, have effective verbal and written communication skills (including on email), Excel and Word, be analytical, have good decision-making abilities, and be responsible for either performing or following up on all delegated tasks.

The Store Manager ensures that all aspects of running a safe, efficient, productive and profitable store are achieved. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the selection and training of all associates, the efficient handling of incoming and outgoing stock and compliance with all company policies and procedures. The Store Manager is also responsible for creating a work environment that is conducive to both the personal and professional growth of all associates by incorporating both the Company Philosophy and Core Values into the day-to-day operation of the store.
