Red Bridge Consulting Group is currently Interviewing Program Managers with MES experience to join an exciting, global leader in enterprise manufacturing software solutions. These positions can be located anywhere in the US so no need for relocation. The MES Program Manager would work remotely from their home office. MES Program Manager 

The Mission of the Program Manager is to ensure the successful execution of Programs for Clients and grow the presence of Services & Licenses within those Clients in a way that provides Value to those Clients.

  • The MES Program Manager will:

–Proactively define and manage the execution of Programs to ensure successful client outcomes

– Ensure Governance is installed in all Client Programs

– Align the Programs with an emphasis on Value Models, Roadmap and Solution Strategy

– Contribute to the Services Communities to elevate Consultants and the Academy

– Proactively develop any potential business opportunities (Services & Licenses), in coordination with the Business Development teams

  • The MES Program Manager will report to the Program Director

     Program Manager Responsibilities

  • Lead Client Programs to deliver successful business outcomes by partnering with client teams, managing the ecosystem and following best practice methodologies
  • Craft and install (including convincing the client) Governance into all client Programs
  • Successfully manage the execution of the plan and report on progress to senior management and the Client
  • Ensure the plan conforms to standard processes, best practices, and policies/procedures – obtaining approval for any exceptions
  • Ensure the program is executed according to the authorized agreements and contracts, executing the change control process as required
  • Obtain the resources and materials required by the Program; enabling a climate of teamwork, knowledge sharing, and cooperation
  • Lead in and contribute to the growth and improvement of themselves and other Consultants,  especially in the area of Program/Project strategies and management
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the Program aligns with the company’s Development, Support, and Product Management teams’ goals and objectives  
  • Proactively forecast program revenue and resource usage
  • Provide Value to Clients and drive for Client Success
  • Coordinate C Services, Licensing, and Client Success teams to identify, define, pursue, and close additional business opportunities
