Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for the preparation of accurate financial reports and supporting schedules, as required. Responsible for account reconciliations that include multi currency inter-company accounts as well as complex bank accounts. Duties include highlighting to management potential issues affecting expenses, balances, or cash flow. Perform general accounting functions, including operation of the general ledger system, journal entries, and month-end close work. Analyze financial information, call attention to trends, make recommendations, collect information and prepare reports. Experience with client A/P, A/R, payroll and payroll taxes Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or related field Proficiency in QuickBooks and ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, Great Plains, etc.) a plus Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience Must have strong understanding of basic Accounting principles/GAAP Strong verbal and written communication skills; and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain cooperative working relationships Account Reconciliation, Year End Closings, Variance Analysis, P & L Calculation, Month End Close, Journal Entries, Intermediate General Ledger, Intermediate Financial statements consolidation, Basic Check Processing, Chargebacks, Basic Cash Management/Cash Flow, Basic Cash Management, Budgeting/Forecasting, Basic Billing, Advanced Bank Reconciliation's, Intermediate Accruals, Advanced Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable
