Job Description

Established, 30 year old integration company is seeking a salesperson for residential/commercial security and fire systems, networking and audio visual and home theater systems. Our product lines range from security and fire detection systems, to access management controls and surveillance camera systems. We offer experienced installation, management, sales and customer support. The ideal candidate will have sales experience in the affluent residential market and experience in Home Security, Control4, Crestron, Custom Audio/Video, CCTV, Home Automation or Structured Wiring. We are looking for someone who can be a hunter and make an immediate contribution. Position includes a base salary, company provided phone and tablet, car allowance and an aggressive commission plan.

We have developed strategic partnerships with over 150 individual builders and developers supplying security, CCTV, Home Automation, entire wiring infrastructure and completely integrated low voltage category products and services.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain sales quotas while following established guidelines
Identify prospects utilizing creative lead generating techniques
Perform professional consultative sales presentation and proposals to prospects.
Follow up with prospects
Prepare final contract for signature
Process work order and complete all paperwork in accordance with standardized procedures
Follow Up after installation by contacting customer ensuring commitments were met and generating referrals

As a full-time employee, you will qualify for health insurance, dental, vision, 401k retirement plan, etc

The successful candidate must have good closing skills and be a person who can control the sale. Product knowledge is a plus, and you must be able to be trained in the variety of products we have available. You must be able to deal with homeowners, builders and management companies. We will provide you with leads, but you must be able to do prospecting on your own as well. Presentations are tablet-based, and you will also have use of our state of the art showroom.

- Candidate will not be working out of a desk in the office, will be generating and following up on leads.
