POSITION: Human Resource Manager (Manufacturing Experience a must)
REPORTS TO: EVP of Global Human Resources
LOCATION: Massillon, Ohio 44646
EDUCATION: Must have a Bachelors Degree

Human Resource functions include: Benefits Administration – enrollments etc Payroll – reporting and records and audits Safety New Employee Orientation Workman’s Compensation Lead recruitment efforts for all personnel

REQUIRMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of 5 years managing a human resources department within a manufacturing environment. People Management Manufacturing experience Ability to recognize and maintain confidentiality and ability to work independently. Familiar with applicable state and federal laws. Ability to be flexible and work well with others. Strong verbal and written communication skills and good organizational skills.

Provide advice and counsel to all employees, following the policies, procedures, and employee benefits. Listens to employee problems, and provide feedback to functional managers in order to ensure that corrective action is taken. Provide feedback on employee morale to supervisors / management. This includes suggesting corrective actions to resolve any problem areas which may occur.

Oversee all administration of human resource functions, which includes benefits administration, safety, worker’s compensation, and payroll within the Manufacturing center.
Responsible for annual benefits open enrollments, maintain payroll and human resources records/reports and handle various audits on an annual basis.
Responsible for all policies, procedures and programs relating to human resources, i.e. employment, personnel policies and procedures, employee records, medical, management development, training, exempt and non-exempt salary administration, employee benefits administration and employee communication, safety and security.
