Job Description

Role: Smartsource is in need of a 2 Support Technicians for a 6 month opportunity located in Seattle WA. The ideal person/people they are looking for is a person with customer facing skills, good presence, need to know basic troubleshooting skills (solid) desktop skills, take phone calls to support and go deskside, learn ropes quickly within a week, A+ preferred cert, they are rolling our VDI and so this person would be assisting in the role out and should have experience with a VDI rollout, MS shop – imaging is a key, understanding SCCM would be helpful, need to have strong interpersonal skills

Qualifications:

Must pass a criminal background check before starting


- A+, Net+, or MCTS or equivalent classroom training and 3 years related industry experience or minimum of 3 years minimum related industry experience

- Ability to comprehend industry standard network connectivity, navigation, and software installation

- Must have a Laptop with Excel

- Lead background Is Highly preferred or 3years minimum experience working on deployment type roles on an enterprise level

- Adding users via VDI experience is necessary

- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs without any restrictions

- Excellent customer service skills to interact with site Management and our customer as well as Leadership and patience

- Must be very flexible hours and have no restrictions when it comes to time onsite.
