Job Description

Role: SmartSource is seeking a Level I Support Technician for a 6 month assignment in Tempe Arizona.

Basic competence and understanding in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel (basic)


-
Professional telephone and in-person customer service skills


-
Excellent writing and verbal skills


-
Serious attention to detail, highly organized


-
Ability to maintain accurate and complete notes


-
The resource will be required to reach out to many people within the organization to verify and/or identify E-mail Distribution Group owners and members. This effort will require a great deal for communication activities (phone/email), cataloging and execution of results.


Qualifications:

- Must pass a drug and criminal background check before starting

- 1-2 years experience working in the IT Field

- Working in a retail or hospitality environment is a big plus

- 1-2 years experience working on a Help Desk

- Must have general technical background with computer related hardware

- Must have excellent communication skills and patience to support end users

- Any experience whether it is over the phone or in person installing pin pads or credit card machines is a big plus.

- Must have excellent customer service background.
