Job Description

ITS Technologies is seeking a Chemical Process Engineer to work in the Columbus area.  This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Responsibilities & Duties for Chemical Process Engineer Include:

  • Lead process work in-house and at client facilities
  • Work with clients to develop project scopes
  • Estimate engineering time required on projects
  • Develop bid packages for equipment purchasing, installation and modification
  • Participate in Lean Manufacturing projects

Job Requirements

Requirements & Desired Skills for Chemical Process Engineer Include:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Material Science   
  • Knowledge of food and/or consumer products industry unit operations
  • Ability to perform design calculations
  • Ability to do capital cost estimates
  • Ability to work with vendors to select /specify equipment
