-Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field.
-5+ year of experience in business/financial analysis.
-Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
-Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures and database management systems required (SQL).
-Demonstrated process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes required.
-Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills required.
-Experience with Medicaid, Encounters, or other Health Plan Operations is preferred.
-Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
-Medical claims, EDI, Healthcare Transactions experience strongly preferred.
