-Adheres to the Corporate Compliance Program, including

-Performs initial occupational therapy evaluation.
-Performs occupational therapy treatments according to
the physician�s plan of treatment.
-Establishes and updates the occupational therapy plan
-Reports changes in patient condition to appropriate
personnel and the attending physician.
-Provides patient care education to clients and other
caregivers. . Participates in coordination of services with other
disciplines and community resources as needed. Provides supervision for occupational therapy
assistants as required by policy and regulations.
Completes and submits all required documentation in
a timely manner.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Demonstrates sensitivity to patient and/or family
needs, customs or feelings. Maintains confidentiality of client information. Participates in case conferences, summary reports,
quarterly record review and annual program review. Follows policies and procedures of the company. Arrives at scheduled time and completes assignments. Recognizes emergencies and has knowledge of
emergency procedures. Maintains a good attendance and tardy record per ANC
policies.� Reports absences to supervisor prior to the
scheduled start time according to policy. Attends inservices or special case orientations. Grooming and overall appearance is acceptable. Maintains productivity standards. Maintains availability requirements. Performs other duties as assigned.
•Bachelor�s degree from an accredited school approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
-Currently licensed to practice in the state serviced.
-One-year occupational therapy experience preferred. Home care experience preferred.
-Must obtain and maintain current CPR Certification (all locations).
