Creative Financial Staffing in San Antonio  is growing. CFS is searching for a Business Development Manager to cultivate existing relationships, break into new accounts, and create long standing relationships in the accounting and finance arena.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Grow revenue of temporary staffing and executive search divisions by strategically positioning our services at all decision-making levels
  • Establish and maintain relationships with decision makers in Accounting, Finance and Human Resources
  • Secure new accounts and expand upon an existing book of business
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with decision makers to understand staffing needs and recommend temporary & permanent staffing solutions
  • Effectively follow-up with prospects to develop business
  • Work with staffing/recruiting team to ensure superior staffing service to clients
  • Build internal relationship with CPA firm affiliate company to maximize referral business


  • Sales/new business development experience
  • Ability to build relationships all levels of managers in Accounting, Finance and HR

Your overall compensation plan will include a competitive base and commission structure.
