I have a client in Cary looking for an energetic and dedicated Desktop Support Analyst looking to move up into a Junior Systems Administrator role! Healthcare experience a plus. Requirements: -Windows 7 -MAC OS -PC Hardware and Software -Apple Hardware and Software experience a plus -Microsoft Active Directory -Microsoft Exchange Server -Microsoft Office 2003 and 2010 -ShoreTel Phone systems -LAN hardware; Switches, Routers, Cabling -PC Imaging software and methodology -Previous experience and competence in supporting multi-tiered web SaaS applications. -Knowledge of health insurance industry would be a plus. -Previous experience dealing with customers, both internal and external. -Proven capacity to collaborate with the development team, DBAs, and client relationship managers to resolve complex issues and recommend process improvement. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
