The CSI Companies is currently seeking qualified candidates for a customer service representative position with a national healthcare organization located in San Antonio, TX. This is an indefinite contract with a starting pay of $10.50/hr.
Shifts: Training hours will be 7am to 3:45pm. ALL candidates MUST BE FLEXIBLE to work any shift post-training between the hours of 7am and 6pm. Post-training shifts will be assigned towards the end of the 3-week training period. During the training, there will be no time off requests accepted. January is also, no time off b/c that's our critical period.
This position functions as the primary resource in handling customer contacts via telephone or Internet ranging from routine to complex. Deliver the highest quality customer service through the execution of responsiveness, reliability, assurance/confidence, empathy, and professional impression on every customer interaction in a fast-paced call center environment
Deliver the highest quality customer service through the execution of empathy, problem solving, proactive responsiveness, reliability, assurance/confidence, and professionalism on every plan participant interaction in a fast-paced call center environment. Function as a primary, consultative resource to plan participants in need of assistance with their prescription benefit plan. Establish a rapport with plan participants to understand their needs while providing appropriate solutions and efficient customer service. You will also recognize significant life events, identify plan participant's needs and advise them on appropriate solutions. Contact is primarily via telephone and level of assistance required ranges from routine to complex. Key skills include: Responsiveness, Reliability, Ability to express assurance/confidence, Ability to express empathy and Professionalism. PC skills in Windows-based applications required. Advanced verbal/written communication skills
