Job Description

The position maintains the administrative and operations of the local operations office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assists and coordinates with Corporate Risk Management on Worker's Compensation/Liability claims
• Coordinates with Benefit Administrator and assists during enrollment of benefits
• Responsible for Accounts Payable/Receivable functions
• Manages payroll preparation and submission
• Assists with customer relations
• Maintains applicant tracking and reporting
• Coordinates staffing needs with field and Corp HR
• Maintains personnel files
• Manages daily office functions (to include answering phones, mail, etc)
• Various other tasks
Skills and Qualifications:
Qualifications:
• High School or GED
• Bilingual preferred
Experience:
• 1+ years customer service experience
Skills:
• Experience at interfacing at all levels throughout an organization
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office functions (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to communicate with all level's within a client's management structure.
• Good team player and Manager
• Able to command credibility and be able to influence
