Robert Half Technology has been asked to retain a Desktop Support Analyst who will work with system and device end-users throughout the organization to resolve technical concerns escalated from a lower tier of systems support. This position is responsible for resolving complex incidents related to desktop hardware, peripherals and applications. Provide resolution to escalated incidents involving desktop hardware and software. Manage the inventory of items and support related materials, investigate and validate invoices and maintain documentation related to the support of desktop hardware and software Extensive skills related to the operation and troubleshooting of desktop systems and software. Strong understanding of Microsoft and MAC operating systems and business software solutions. Strong understanding of networks and equipment related to the networking of desktop and workgroup devices.
