Executive Recruiter

We are looking for an Executive Recruiter to join our Professional Placement division!!

We are looking for someone who wants more than just a job but want to be part of a successful driven team!

We are looking for a hard-working, results-driven, customer service-oriented recruiting professional to join our team. We are rapidly expanding in the Tempe area and are in need of an experienced Recruiter to represent our company.   

The primary focus of this position will be to work inside our professional office recruiting and coaching quality candidates through the hiring process with our premier client base. The Recruiter will also be responsible for using our state of the art applicant tracking system to enter, access, and assign both contract, contract to hire and direct hire placements.


 JOB REQUIREMENTS:

We are looking for the very best to join our team. Excellent communication and relationship building skills are a must!

  1. Sourcing and qualifying candidates for open orders
  2. Developing candidate presentations
  3. Coaching candidates through the hiring process
  4. Negotiating salary and hourly pay rates
  5. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  6. Able to make quick, reasonable and professional decisions
  7. Efficient multi-tasking individual; capable of working in a fast-paced environment; strong attention to detail
  8. Complete all assigned duties timely and efficiently
  9. Able to work independently and within a team

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; · Associates Degree preferred
  • At least two years of equivalent work experience as a recruiter with both temporary and direct hire experience
  • Applicant tracking system experience, Microsoft Office
  • All applicants will be subject to a pre-employment background and reference check
