Locally based creative and innovative services organization is seeking at Web Designer with strong CSS, HTML and Photoshop design experience. The Web Designer will work within the Marketing department and will be responsible for concept, design and execution of various projects included the organization's website and social media. Projects may include: Website creative design; social media creative design, brand elements, web graphics, and various in-house design needs. In addition, light HTML and CSS coding on a regular basis. Plus, prep and organize files, maintain the elements library and work under the supervision and direction of the Executive team. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -Design, execute and deliver graphics for digital use in various formats -Code occasional web graphics, ads and pages. -Handle multiple daily and long-term assignments with constantly shifting priorities. -Maintain graphics resource library, follow naming conventions and network folder structure. -Work well in team environment. -Performs other reasonable and relevant activities and functions as requested and required. Job Requirements

The successful Web Designer will have 2+years of Web design experienced with HTML, CSS and Photoshop. -Proven web design capabilities, web design samples will be requested -Hands-on expertise in Adobe CC especially Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign -Working knowledge of HTML and CSS -After Effects and Flash Action Script 3 skills a plus -Self motivated, organized and solution driven thinking -Deadline oriented and works well under pressure and in a changing environment -Collaborative spirit and a client service approach -Art School or Bachelors Degree preferred -Experience within a fast paced, shifting priorities and consumer driven industry like entertainment/broadcast/cable/advertising design group or similar
