Job Description

    This person will be acting as a Business Analyst for the data warehousing team (within Product Development)
  • the team is currently 5 people, in addition to the manager and then the director. Their day will be 40% business analysis, 40% coordinating with other teams, and 20% testing. They will be working with internal users to define technical requirements and be the liaison between the various teams (sales, finance, business operations) and the IT department. They will be coordinating with these teams to make adjustments to current systems, add new data elements, etc. and take initiative from concept to completion. This role is slightly technical, in that they need to be able to put together report specs, answer questions about reports using ad hoc queries (they use Pyramid), and write Sql queries. The testing portion of their day will be running reports to ensure that the appropriate solution is delivered and the requirements are met.

Job Requirements

5+ years experience doing business analysis
Ability to write intermediate SQL queries
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience coordinating with multiple teams
