The position is responsible for developing and managing marketing lists and marketing automation systems. The Marketing Operations Analyst - works with Solutions Marketing Managers to develop marketing lists based on prospect profiles and uses marketing automation to design and implement marketing programs to identify qualified marketing leads. They will be capable of designing and implementing marketing programs to meet desired marketing conversion ratios.
The Marketing Operations Analyst understands and can execute digital marketing communications tactics such as email marketing, SEO and paid search, and social media. They must be expert at marketing list development, cleansing, augmentation and manipulation. The Marketing Operations Analyst will be familiar with standard marketing list sources such as Hoovers, Dun and Bradstreet, CoStar, and other similar sources. They must also have experience with CRM systems such as SalesForce.com and marketing automation systems such as Eloqua. Microsoft Excel certification is a plus. Attention to detail, and an eye for quality, along with the ability to create successful marketing programs is a must.
•Develop and maintain the marketing database, define KPIs and manage associated tactical outputs.
•Collaborate with marketing managers and cross-functional teams to develop marketing programs.
•Coordinate the collection and reporting of program metrics.
•Support the development of program tactics to deliver marketing messaging to target customer segments
•Develop automation to use the appropriate communication tactics and successfully deliver marketing messaging.
•Supports the development of marketing strategies through the analysis of external and internal data sources in manipulate, augment, and cleanse list data to develop highly accurate prospect demographic data.
•Use market segmentation criteria to develop accurate prospect lists.
•Develop data to support the analysis of customer buying behaviors.
•Executes automated marketing programs for demand generation, defines and measures KPIs
•Works with IT and product development to develop and manages marketing automation and support systems.
•Work closely with Corporate Marketing and Channel Marketing teams to support the full integration of marketing programs with field, channel and corporate marketing initiatives.
•Work closely with the sales operations and product development teams to support the successful implementation of the marketing programs.
•Perform other related projects and duties as assigned or requested.
