We have a major opportunity to demonstrate the superiority of our solutions, and need a proven leader to create the strategies and programs that can drive business and build our brand.The ideal candidate has the leadership qualities to drive transformation across our prospect and customer marketing efforts.Key Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities Develop marketing plans and programs
• Collaborate with VP and other marketing team members to define objectives and goals• Create strategies designed to deliver on objectives and goals• Create a strategic plan and calendar based upon the defined objectives and goals• Define a measurement program to assess the effectiveness of marketing tactics and optimize for greater performance Lead execution of all marketing programs and tactics
• Collaborate with Client Development team to define a schedule of needs and execute against that plan• Partner with Promotions and Events team to develop and execute sponsorships and solo brand events• Work with our PR agency and internal PR team to generate media and analyst interest and attention that drive new qualified leads and solutions awareness• Partner with thought leadership team to produce and distribute important and valuable research and insights pieces to drive prospect interest and client satisfaction• Partner with the Product team to develop and execute effective product marketing strategies Participate in efforts to drive unity and collaboration across the marketing organization and its various solutions groups.
Measure and report on marketing effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations for improved performance
