Compensation: $139,090.99 to $170,000.00 per year

Lead the in-house team of subsurface applications support and supporting Infrastructure professionals and work in partnership with the IM Data Management and GIS Team and outsourced Support providers to deliver industry leading services and support to the subsurface computing user community. Ensure subsurface computing is performing to business expectations to enable subsurface interpretation without computing impediments through excellent leadership, management, collaboration support, and management of change. Work closely with Global Manager, Resource Team Leaders and colleagues at other sites to capture critical business requirements and identify, design and deliver processes to best address these needs. Job Requirements

Lead the in-house Petroleum subsurface Computing team in the delivery of support and a high performance computing environment to the company's Subsurface computing users Accountable for all subsurface computing support while working alongside other IM service providers to ensure an inclusive delivery approach Identify, own and resolve issues relating to the delivery and improvement of subsurface computing MUST HAVE expertise and industry knowledge of E&P subsurface systems linking with other Oil & Gas Companies and leading vendors (Schlumberger, Landmark, Paradigm) MUST HAVE Bachelors Degree in Geoscience, Engineering, Computer Science or other relevant disciplines.
