Compensation: $114,545.99 to $130,000.00 per year

This position is responsible as the Service Owner for specified services identified in the Business and Technical Service Catalog. In the role of Service Owner, the position is expected to maintain performance within agreed upon service levels, manage and develop service, continuously improve the quality of service, and work with Leadership to implement and retire services. Support team which consist of Server Management, Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, and Application Analyst (Thin Client Computing, Directory Services, Messaging, and Web Services) personnel. Job Requirements

Directs the development of the technology applications (Thin Client Computing, Directory Services, Messaging, Web Services, etc.) Services and coordinate project efforts that impact application performance. Experience upgrading a large enterprise environment from Windows XP to Win7 which includes experience with SCCM and Appsense. Coordinates a close relationship with the client to assist in developing standard components of an enterprise wide integrated information system. Establishes standards to which the application developers must adhere, thereby providing an enterprise wide set of standards and development processes. Analyzes and develops user information requirements and assesses their integration within the organizations multi-platform application environment in order to provide organization-wide informational support. Assists multi-platform Application Analysts by reviewing functional requirements, providing technical assistance, and assigning work to staff and monitoring assignments for all application projects in order to maximize the divisions effectiveness. Continuously reviews, formulates, and recommends operational procedures in Application Services in order to optimize the services provided. Clearly isolates and defines problems, and takes steps to resolve them before they become larger and more critical. Troubleshoots application production problems; diagnoses/identifies the application and create a resolution plan. Provides for the administration, change management, planning, technical support, and development of the Client/Server application environment on all corporate systems Provides input and recommendations to project manager and departments on application solutions related to the Client Server Systems to improve related business processes and system utilization. Must have Bachelor's degree in computer science or other related field. Experience with iOS upgrades specifically to Win7 in a enterprise environment 5+ years of experience in information systems selection, implementation, support and leadership. Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification is preferred
