Job Description: This exciting opportunity on the att.com Home Solutions marketing and sales team as the Lead Manager eCommerce is responsible for executing initiatives to improve customer experience. This role will be responsible for end to- end implementation of sales initiatives to improve customer experience and double sales, ensuring delivery of high quality work, both for internal and external customers. Projects may also include process and reporting optimization.You will analyze the att.com site to help drive sales while create an effortless customer experience. This includes; creating and leading task forces, and collaborating with others to resolve online customer experience issues, implementing enhancements, and measuring the success of our site improvements based on customer satisfaction results.This position will interact heavily with the analytics and CSAT teams, product development, marketing and optimization teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the relationship with the product marketing team to improve sales and customer experience
  • Manage sales plan to grow channel share
  • Executive read outs and updates to Consumer Digital Experience leadership and Home Solutions leadership
  • Sales Channel SME for all governance and communication teams for Home Solutions Products
  • Research customer experience issues to create the actionable plan for improvement
  • Engage with PMO and IT teams on 3-year roadmap strategy, forecast planning and target setting
  • Facilitate regular status update meetings with taskforce participants, and provide status communications for Leadership
  • Help create the structure around the existing or new processes to make them sustainable over time
  • Develop actionable insights from financial data, analytics, A/B tests and historical data
  • Position self as Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the discipline and an acknowledged authority within the organization
  • Collaborate and efficiently manage associated efforts of non-direct resources within and outside of AT&T

Required Skills, Experience, and Education:
  • Loves to work with numbers, passionate about segmentation and targeting
  • Strong analytical and fact-based decision-making skills
  • Exceptional organizational and problem solving skills and proven ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Exceptional project management skills and exacting attention to detail is essential
  • A collaborative team player possessing the ability to partner with cross-functional teams 3-5 years of project management experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation and data visualization skills
  • Ability to provide data-driven, informed recommendations and creative solutions to data challenges
  • Ability to create structure around processes to make them viable, efficient, and sustainable
  • Aptitude to balance multiple projects independently, both short and long term
  • Ability to work independently in a high-performing, ever-changing environment
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management and summarize facts and data
  • Minimum 2 years of experience cross-functional leading teams, and facilitating meetings with senior leaders
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Visio, Word & PowerPoint Bachelor’s degree required

Desired: Masters level /Graduate degree in IT/Computer Science/Marketing/eCommerce
