Large Territory Rep. Provides team building and leadership to drive TechCentral market share in assigned geographic area (entire Eastern US territory including the following states: MA, CT, NY, FL, AL, LA, MS, GA, NC, SC, VA, TN, AR), keeping in line with profitability goals and objectives. Supports and oversees all phases of field sales within specific area through information, communication, teamwork and training & development of team members. In addition, this individual will be responsible for achieving specific sales objectives, facilitating the implementation process and coordinating the resolution of customer concerns or escalations in a defined geographic territory
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Evangelizes TechCentral portfolio of products and services to field sales team and the market:
• Works closely with sales team to assist in closing deals
• Assists in educating market and sales teams on TechCentral products and product offerings
Educates the field to breadth of TechCentral products and communicates benefits of products to both field and dental market.
• Understands products features and benefits and communicates those both internally and externally
• Works closely with doctors and field sales representatives providing appropriate feedback to TechCentral Management.
Manages customer and vendor relationships and assists sales TSMs in building and maintaining these relationships. This includes attendance at local sales meetings, regional conventions and zone/national meetings as directed.
Increases TechCentral market share within the assigned territory to include both internal growth and conducting customer sales appointments and co-travel with regional TSMs as directed.
Facilitates product implementation process and quarterbacks problem resolution.
Collaborates with the TechCental National Sales Manager to provide one on one leadership and training for all sales TSMs in assigned area.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.
