Qualifications & Responsibilities

The Regional Field Sales Leader will directly drive incremental credit results through their influential relationships with the Regional/District Leadership they partner with at the brand. They will develop and execute strategies with their brand partners to drive incremental credit results in their territories. While managing the results in their own Regions/Districts they will also lead Field Sales Leaders and the strategies in their designated brand Regions and Districts. Their scope of responsibility will also include aligning to the goals of the brand, their internal National/Divisional Leader, the Field Sales organization, Alliance Data, and Client Sales partners.


  • Build influential relationships with the Regional and District leaders in their assigned brands that enable them to influence, create, and execute strategies that drive incremental sales and acquisition. The strategies of the Regional Field Sales Leader will be at the Regional and District level of the brand they support. This is accomplished through ongoing communication/travel with Regional/District leaders and participation in brand meetings/calls. Travel will be in excess of 75% of work week on average.
  • Lead and travel with a dedicated team of Field Sales Leaders to drive incremental credit sales and acquisition in their assigned Regions/Districts. Ensure the Field Sales Leaders are setting the course, analyzing reporting, aligned on goals, and consistent with their strategies and focus.
  • Be the expert on brand Regional Managers and share learning internally via regular meetings and calls with their Divisional/National Field Sales Leader, peers, and Client Sales Managers.
  • Participate and represent Field Sales as needed in key internal SAM, planning, strategy, and budget meetings. Held accountable to a unique CFI around strategies to drive incremental sales and acquisition.
  • Effectively manage expenses for self and team

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Work Experience: 3 - 5 years; Strong retail leadership experience at the store or district level.

Supervisory Experience: 5 + years
