Our direct global client for the past 8 years in Hartford, CT has an immediate need for a Retirement Services Business Analyst.  This is a Contract-to-Hire position.  Our client offers an excellent benefits package, matching 401k, tuition reimbursement, flex spending and many other perks.  Please find below a detailed job description below. Job Description
Title: Retirement Services Business Analyst
Our client is seeking a Business Analyst with strong Retirement Services experience (A MUST). The ideal candidate will have the ability to work with numerous divisions of a large organization, with a STRONG focus working with the Business Unit. 





Job Requirements

Responsibilities/Skills:  

  • Strong knowledge of Retirement Services-specific products, services, record keeping and operational functions are a must.
  • Prepare Business Requirements using a consistent, repeatable process & tool set that align with industry recognized standards.
  • Candidates will have experience with the Business unit and have strong business acumen.
  • Candidate will work closely with the business unit, long with Technology groups
  • Business unit experience within the Retirement Services industry (employer sponsored retirement plans such as 401k, 403b and 457 products) is a must. Deep understanding of how business systems support the Retirement Services customer lifecycle (Record Keeping platforms, Imaging & Workflow tools, Participant, Plan Sponsor and Intermediary web functions).
  • Experience facilitating working sessions with representatives from multiple areas of an organization.
  • Experience participating in and/or leading project efforts.
