This position will lead and manage a team of business to business outside-sales professionals within an assigned geographic area to acquire, retain and expand new business relationships resulting in the achievement of aggressive financial goals.

You will be responsible for recruiting, training, developing, motivating and retaining of a team of top performing sales professionals. In addition, demonstrate the ability to manage a pipeline of high performing team members from candidate recruitment and selection, through hiring the best talent to compliment your team.

Demonstrate excellent tactical coaching ability by being fully engaged with each Business Sales Consultant in daily sales activities with sales action plans, prospect pipelines, and activity calendars. Conduct weekly teams meetings in addition to weekly individual meetings with each BSC. Also participate in business development activities and in-field sales calls with BSCs.

Responsible for exceeding assigned sales performance levels including financial plan revenue & profit goals for your market. Demonstrate exemplary sales management behaviors, outstanding leadership characteristics, and ethical behavior consistent with Wells Fargo's Vision and Values.

Ensures that the team has a customer-centric approach to their business, and reinforces the´┐Ż Wells Fargo Customer Experience . Work closely with Bank partners within the sales geography to maximize the sales opportunities of new and existing customers.

This position is located in the city of San Francisco, CA.

Compensation plan consists of base salary + bonus

Job Requirements

* Basic Qualifications:
3+ years sales management experience leading a direct sales team. 6+ years direct sales experience.

* Minimum Qualifications:
Strong sales presentation and negotiating skills and a record of consistent sales goal achievement and top performance. Ability to interact professionally and effectively with all levels of management both within and outside the company. Highly developed PC skills including Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point. 6+ years direct outside sales experience.

3+ years direct sales management experience (6 or more direct reports).

Very strong sales presentation and negotiating skills.

The ability to interact professionally and effectively with all levels of management within and outside the bank.

Responsible for adherence to all Wells Fargo Bank and Merchant Services programs and policies.

4-year degree or equivalent work experience.

Highly developed PC skills including Outlook, Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
