We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our organization as Division Employee Services Support. 
Trilogy Health Services, an innovative, dynamic Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living company based out of Louisville, KY, is looking for a top-notch Human Resources Professional to join the team and support our campuses in the Southern Ohio area.  
The Employee Services Support leader will provide Human Resources support to our health campuses. This critical role partners with divisional and campus leadership in the areas of employee relations, recruitment, selection, retention,  training, and employee satisfaction. You will provide guidance in coaching, counseling, managing disciplinary actions and adherence to policies and procedures. Additional responsibilities include conducting campus visits; reviewing and supporting campus progress in key areas to ensure compliance; training and onboarding new employees; assisting with delivery of programs that positively impact recruitment, retention and employee engagement.  You may also assist in investigating and responding to employee concerns. In addition, the generalist role serves to implement and communicate human resource strategies and programs.

Job Requirements

Requirements Include:
This position requires an individual who is skilled in human resources practices, relationship management and demonstrates effective communication with individuals at all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will have the following: 
  • Minimum 5 years progressively responsible experience in Human Resources, preferably in healthcare
  • Bachelor's or Masters degree
  • SPHR or PHR Certification
  • Demonstrated ability to develop partnerships, gain trust, consult and lead
  • Strong employee relations and recruitment experience.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the division and to other locations in the Midwest as needed
  • PC skills: Microsoft Office applications, HRIS and ATS system proficiency
