We are currently looking for an experienced Outbound Telemarketing Supervisor to facilitate the expansion of our North Dallas call center operations.

Specific duties include:

3.  Disciplinary Procedures

4.  Creative Motivation of Appointment Setters

5.  Complete daily observation reports

Job Requirements

This position is responsible for the direct supervision of a team of appointment setters.  The individual will supervise, train, evaluate and coordinate the activities of the personnel in the Marketing Center to ensure that the Department's objectives are being met. 

Previous outbound call center experience is required for consideration.
