Position Summary: We are currently seeking an experienced Desktop Technical Support Analyst to help us continue to achieve successful support call management and resolution and to deliver customer service that exceeds industry standards. Duties and Responsibilities: -Provide product support to our customers via telephone, email, remote, and Web. -Enter support calls within our customer support tracking system - (SAP-CRM). -Gather the information necessary to provide proper solutions to the customer. -Resolve customer issues in a timely, courteous and professional manner. -Follow-up with the customer throughout the lifecycle of the service call to keep the customer informed of progress towards issue resolution. -Interface with other members of the Support, Development and Quality Assurance teams. -Continually update your knowledge of our products to keep pace with improvements to our software. -Utilize a testing environment for issue re-creation and verification. -Continually assist in the identification of areas where the department can improve upon the supportability of our products, installation process and user documentation.

Job Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills. -Solid technical background. -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. -The ability to be detail-oriented. -The ability to manage multiple tasks at once. -Experience working with SAP-CRM is highly preferred Credentials and Experience: -A Bachelor's degree in Computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience. *For immediate consideration; please send resume only to [Click Here to Email Your Resumé]*
