Job Description

Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. is currently seeking to add an IT Services Consultant within the Direct Sales Organization.

The IT Services Consultant-Direct Sales (ITSCD) will be the primary sales driver for AC Managed Services. This position will drive Managed IT Services offerings with the Direct Sales to educate, partner, train and sell Managed Services to their customer base. The ITSCD will expand All Covered’s existing service offerings by marketing and selling within the Direct Sales Organization, while also developing new version roll-outs and enhanced service offerings. This position will work with Direct Sales to help define the go-to-market strategy for their customer base, help them understand the product positioning and key benefits through sales and technical training, as well as help them to identify and target potential Direct customers.

Duties and Essential Job Functions:
  • Apply an in-depth understanding of All Covered services, programs, and sales methodology to address complex and strategic ACC, project and procurement opportunities.

  • Develop and execute service and platform service offering strategies.

  • Work with the Direct Sales Reps to cross-sell IT Services to their client and prospect base.

  • Identify All Covered sales opportunities within Direct Sales Organization.

  • Provide thorough and accurate insight into the financial results and forecast of strategic sales for ACC, project and procurement services.

  • Coordinate with a variety of All Covered groups to leverage resources as needed to address service requests or issues.

  • Specify market requirements for current and future service offerings by conducting research, obtaining feedback and current knowledge of technology services and trends.
  • Job Requirements

  • Minimum of five years’ work experience in professional services, account / relationship management – ideally technology and services related.

  • B.A. / B.S. degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Business development experience, customer account management or customer relationship skills, with excellent follow through and rapport building skills.

  • Ability to develop, drive and manage new projects & programs.

  • Excellent presentation skills.

  • Advanced analytical abilities with operational vision.

  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.

  • Ability to deal with changing priorities to complete tasks in a short period of time.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and make decisions with minimal supervision; self-starter.

  • Strong leadership and internal / external relationship skills.

  • Excellent grammar, written and oral communication skills.

  • Computer skills using Microsoft Office Products .
