Our Client is looking for a Helpdesk/Tech Support II analyst. This employee is a critical contributor to achieving a high level of client satisfaction and retention. You will assist pre and post sale customers in utilizing our solutions and resolving technical support issues. As a Helpdesk/Tech Support II analyst you will be supporting multiple products and working with senior support and development members to resolve difficult and escalated issues. The ideal candidate should have a customer support background and technical experience. The Helpdesk/Tech Support II analyst should also posses excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required to interact effectively with customers, development and sales team members. Intermediate Active Directory, Intermediate Windows 7, Intermediate Microsoft Office.
