Compliance Specialist – CONTRACT – Phoenix, AZ


Compliance Specialist Job Summary:

  • Continuous review of recruiting processes to ensure that records are accurate and complete 
  • Maintain global, regional and local recruitment policies 
  • Manage compliance with all global and local laws 
  • Work with the various teams to ensure audits are conducted in a timely manner 
  • Develop cohesive and consistent documentation, quality checks and audit reports that show recruitment is in compliance and managing risk

Job Requirements

Compliance Specialist – CONTRACT – Phoenix, AZ

Compliance Specialist Skills & Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, preferably Taleo 
  • 5+ years work experience and an undergraduate degree is required
  • Experience with executing global processes and policy improvements 
  • Effectively works independently within a team construct, while supporting teamwork and achievement of team objectives 
  • Proven decision making and problem solving capabilities with strong follow up skills and attention to detail 
  • Ability to learn quickly and work with minimal direction 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Ability to take initiative and work within ambiguous situations 
  • Experience of HR processes and disciplines and/or familiarity with American Express business groups preferred
